My dad always called our cats “twitchy tails” when I was growing up. I associate twitching kitty tails with love, playfulness, and happy critters. When I decided to start my own pet-care business, those were the things I wanted to embody in my work.

Due to the varied nature of my clients’ critters’ needs, my visit schedule adjusts as needed. Non-emergency messages and requests are responded to between 9am and 6:30pm Monday through Saturday. Inquiries sent outside of those times will be answered the next day.

Nope! I work with all manner of household critters, including rodents, rabbits, reptiles, fish, and birds. I have some experience with barnyard animals, primarily chickens and sheep, but it is limited. I am always open to learning, though!

I know it’s common to offer free Meet and Greets. As much as I love my work, it is how I make a living, and my average Meet and Greet lasts anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes. Additionally, I often go back and forth beyond the critter visits to pick up and drop off keys for each booking. The one-time $10 cost of a Meet and Greet covers my time and gas costs for these additional trips and helps me keep my visit prices lower.

Simply put, using a third-party software like Time to Pet streamlines my client and visit management so that I can focus on the hands-on aspects of my work, like making sure your pets have the best visits possible.

The short answer is “no”. The longer answer is that I can do very basic things, like brushing or reenforcing basic commands, but I am not trained or equipped for more in-depth grooming or training tasks. I’m happy to refer you to other professionals I have worked with for those needs!
